VeryDarkMan Responds to Falz via His Legal Counsel

Nigerian activist VeryDarkMan has responded to defamation accusations from Femi Falana’s son, Falz, regarding audio recordings involving Bobrisky.

Falz had issued a 24-hour ultimatum for VeryDarkMan to retract defamatory statements, emphasizing that he never contacted Bobrisky and VeryDarkMan didn’t reach out before publishing.

VeryDarkMan’s lawyer, Deji Adeyanju, clarified that his client holds Femi Falana in high esteem. Adeyanju stated that the audio recordings aimed to prompt an investigation into Bobrisky’s allegations, with some details confirmed by Falz.

The statement read: “Our client denies defaming Mr. Femi Falana… but asserts that he only published the communication to initiate a thorough investigation.”

This development stems from a public dispute over Bobrisky’s allegations and Falz’s subsequent legal threat, underscoring tensions between public figures and activists in Nigeria.
