Veteran Nollywood Actor, Emmanuel France Dies at Age 80

Veteran Nollywood actor, Emmanuel France is dead. It is not clear how he died. He was in his 80s.

Filmmaker, Femi Ogedengbe made the announcement in his social media page.

He wrote that he took Uncle Emmanuel France to Tanzania in 2006, adding that he shot a number of films with him, including Cross My Sin, She is My Sister and The Director. Advertisement

A Ghanaian by birth, Emmanuel France is a fine gentlemen that showed respect for everyone he met while he was alive.

One of his dreams was shooting a film he tilted” Ghana Must Go”. It was a project that was very close to his heart.

Filmmakers, fellow actors and his journalists friends will surely miss his jokes and lively personality.

He has featured in dozens of films.
