Aerial photos and video shot by drone have now revealed the extent of damage caused by the explosion which rocked Ibadan, the Oyo state capital on Tuesday night.
The explosion which has been blamed on the activities of illegal miners, has now led to the deaths of 3 people, according to Governor Seyi Makinde.

So many people have commented that the crater from the explosion looks too consolidated to be from stored dynamites used by illegal miners.
But the location and casualty type still suggests it was accidental.
