Multi-award-winning Nollywood actress Adesua Etomi has opened up about the challenges she faced in 2024, describing it as a traumatic year while marking her birthday in style.

Taking to Instagram, she revealed her months-long battle with hyperemesis, a severe pregnancy complication. Coincidentally, her husband, Banky Wellington, had to undergo surgery to remove a cancerous tumor during the same period.

Adesua also disclosed that she delivered her baby via Caesarean section, expressing gratitude to God, her husband, and the medical professionals who supported her.

Reflecting on her journey, the actress shared that the experience has proven her potential goes beyond what she ever imagined.
