Bianca Censori Faces Possible Jail Time Over Controversial 2025 Grammy Outfit

Bianca Censori may be at risk of legal consequences following her bold fashion choice at the recently concluded 2025 Grammy Awards. Known for her unconventional style, the 30-year-old turned heads by wearing nothing but a sheer, see-through dress.

Censori attended the event alongside her husband, Kanye West, who was nominated for two awards. Kanye opted for a low-key all-black outfit, consisting of a T-shirt, jeans, sneakers, and dark sunglasses.

However, it was Bianca who stole the spotlight when she shed her black fluffy coat, revealing her near-bare body beneath a skin-tight mesh slip dress. With her hair slicked back, her revealing ensemble left little to the imagination—potentially putting her in violation of California law.

According to California Penal Code 314(1), indecent exposure is defined as:
“When a person exposes his or her naked body or genitals in front of anyone who could be annoyed or offended by it.”

For a person to be found guilty, the act must be willful and lewd, and the individual must have:

  • Intentionally exposed their body or genitals
  • Done so in a manner likely to offend or annoy others
  • Sought attention or attempted to gratify themselves sexually

While some argue that Bianca’s Grammy outfit meets this legal definition, a first-time offender would typically face a misdemeanor charge, which carries a penalty of up to six months in jail or a fine of £800. However, repeat offenders risk state prison time and registration as a sex offender for up to 10 years.

Beyond potential legal trouble, social media erupted over Bianca’s revealing look. One user on X (formerly Twitter) posted:
“Kanye and that lady should be arrested for that stunt on the red carpet…… #GRAMMYs.”

As the controversy continues, it remains to be seen whether authorities will take any action against Bianca for her daring red carpet moment.
