Oluremi Tinubu Wins Best Woman of the Year at Independent Awards 2024

Nigeria’s First Lady, Sen. Oluremi Tinubu, has been named Best Woman of the Year at the Independent Awards 2024.

Speaking at the awards gala in Lagos, Tinubu dedicated the honor to Nigerian women and youth, acknowledging their tireless contributions to the nation’s growth. Represented by Hajia Fatima Tajudeen, wife of the Speaker of the House of Representatives, she described them as Nigeria’s unsung heroes.

The Independent Newspaper Awards celebrate outstanding achievements across politics, entertainment, business, education, and other sectors.
