Vice President Kashim Shettima, who led a Federal Government delegation to assess the situation, conveyed President Tinubu’s heartfelt condolences and reassured residents that the government is committed to alleviating their suffering. The relief package aims to support displaced families, many of whom have lost their homes and livelihoods due to the disaster.
