Renowned Reggaeton Artist El Taiger Dies at 37

Tragic news has shaken the music world as El Taiger, a talented reggaeton singer, has passed away at the age of 37. The singer’s family confirmed his death in a heartfelt statement on his Instagram account.

El Taiger’s life was cut short after he succumbed to injuries sustained from a shooting incident on October 3, 2024.

Authorities found him with a gunshot wound to the head inside a black Mercedes SUV on NW 17th St. and 10th Ave.

Despite undergoing emergency surgery and receiving life-support treatment at Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center, El Taiger tragically lost his battle.

The family’s statement read: “El Taiger was pronounced dead this afternoon… He is now reunited with his beloved mother in heaven. We invite his fans to celebrate his life and legacy by honoring the joy he brought to countless people through his music.”

El Taiger’s untimely passing has left the music industry and his devoted fans in mourning, remembering his vibrant spirit and lasting impact on the reggaeton genre.
