Zenith Bank Completes IT Upgrade, Restores Services after Customers Complaint

Zenith Bank has successfully completed its IT infrastructure upgrade, which caused temporary disruptions from September 29 to October 1.

The upgrade led to difficulties with online transactions, prompting customer complaints on social media.

In a statement, Zenith Bank apologized for the inconvenience and confirmed seamless access to accounts and transactions through:

– Mobile app

– Internet banking platform

– Debit card

– Agent banking

– Branches nationwide

The upgrade aims to enhance service quality for customers.

With the upgrade complete, customers can now enjoy uninterrupted banking services.
