Don Jazzy Announces Tega Oghenejobo as New Mavin President and COO

Tega Oghenejobo (also known as Tega Mavin) has been appointed President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Mavin Records, effective immediately.

Don Jazzy, founder of Mavin Records, shared the news on social media, praising Oghenejobo’s contributions to the label’s growth.

“Tega’s expanded role reflects his significant impact on our success,” Don Jazzy stated. “His dedication to Mavin and African music has been unwavering.”

Mavin Records also released an official statement, highlighting Oghenejobo’s instrumental role in shaping the business and ensuring sustainable careers for its artists.

“With Tega at the helm, we aim to expand globally, strengthen our talent roster, and set new industry standards,” the label said.

Mavin Records, established in 2012, represents top artists including Rema, Ayra Starr, Crayon, Johnny Drille, Ladipoe, Magixx, Boy Spyce, Bayanni, and Lifesize Teddy.
